Ascent Lounge

My first time here and I had a lovely experience. I came for a work outing. The service was amazing. There was nothing that I can complain about the atmosphere was sophisticated and elegant. We were all comfortable and enjoyed our time there. The coconut espresso martini was delicious five of us ordered it. We had two different kinds of wine that were very tasty. The food was good, and the servers were very friendly.

I came here for my birthday and had a great time! The service was fantastic and the food was really good, they let us bring our cake and we just had to buy a desert in order eat it there. I wasn’t sure what the vibe would be and it was actually fairly quiet and when the sun was setting the light outside was gorgeous. I would absolutely go here again.

Tucked away inside Columbus Circle, Ascent Lounge provides a great selection of drinks and a beautiful ambiance with amazing views of the city. Went in for a networking event and loved that it was a classy spot. Drinks can be pricey but it’s Midtown. The Sangria and the Mother of Dragons mojito (so pretty) should definitely be tried 🍹! And there was a live DJ!

Ascent Lounge is an ultra-classy place, with an amazing view and unexpectedly delicious cocktails. I'm not usually a fancy cocktail drinker. I'm usually just fine with vodka soda or martini but so many people told us about the drinks we decided to give them a try. The presentation of the drinks was so well done we were immediately impressed, then we tried them and were blown away! I had 'The Fortunate' ($22) which is the pink one in the photos. It's pink from the watermelon juice they use. It was not too sweet and was super refreshing on a warm day. My guest had 'The Ascent' ($22) and even though mine looked better his was the best of the two. We wound up ordering a second round of this drink, it was that good. All this with a beautiful view of Central Park and Millionaire's Row. As fancy as it was we felt welcome from the moment we stepped inside the doors. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

A really upscale and discrete lounge with excellent staff and great choices of food and drinks. All the juices used in their cocktails are fresh and hand-made and you can tell. I’ve been here several times with company and it’s always been a very civilized experience with great views over Columbus Circle and Cantral Park. Highly recommended.
